Job Description

Position Overview

You join the Debt Solutions team as a lawyer, responsible for legal consulting and documentation related to structured financial instruments such as bonds, EMTN, warrants, and certificates, issued by Natixis or its subsidiaries, within or outside of issuance programs.

Your main tasks include:

  • Managing relationships with operators for designing operations and structuring new products;
  • Preparing and negotiating documentation for securities issues;
  • Developing models and participating in digital automation projects;
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

This role involves working in an international environment with a team that values excellence, impact, and collective action.
