Join Deutsche Bank's Structured Finance Sales team in Paris for a 6-month internship starting in July 2025 to strengthen the existing Paris Global Market division. The main mission will be to assist and support the Paris-based FIC Financing sales team in their day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in originating and managing deal flows across Direct Lending, Infrastructure & Energy, Commercial Real Estate, Transportation, ABS, and Fund Finance.
• Prepare internal screening memos based on Information Memorandums and due diligence reports.
• Monitor corporate finance markets (PE deals, M&A pipeline) to keep the team up-to-date.
• Assist the team in negotiating NDAs / RLs with clients and internal Legal.
• Enhance and maintain existing tools and spreadsheets to improve transaction execution efficiency for the sales team.

Skills

• Must be eligible to work in France.
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in French and English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and rigor skills.
