OceanWings recherche un ingénieur en mécanique pour concevoir et valider des structures et systèmes de nouveaux produits. En tant qu'expert technique, vous serez responsable des calculs FEA et du développement d'outils d'analyse, tout en contribuant à l'innovation dans l'industrie maritime. Un diplôme d'ingénieur et 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine sont requis, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais.
Context
Working with the design engineers in the OCEANWINGS design office, you will design and validate the structures and systems part ofthe new Oceanwings products.
Main Missions
● Carry out FEA simulations and analytical calculations on the composite and metallic structures, as well as mechanical systems of Oceanwings.
● Write the associated calculation notes
● Contribute to the development and improvement of OCEANWINGS’ simulation tools and structural analysis methods
● Ensure consistency between simulations and test results
● Propose and support technical improvements to optimise OCEANWINGS products
Profile & Required Skills
● Master’s degree (5-year engineering diploma) in mechanical engineering, preferably with a focus on structural analysis
● Minimum of 5 years' experience, with extensive use of FEA calculations and testing to validate projects in offshore, shipbuilding, or wind power industries
● Solid experience with FEA tools, particularly for composite modelling and the management of global assemblies.
● Solid experience in analytical calculations
● Good knowledge of composite structures
● Good understanding of welded metallic structures
● Familiarity with fatigue design principles.
● Your good knowledge of the standards applied in the marine, wind energy and crane sectors, as well as experience working with class companies, will be valued.
● Your ability to analyse and summarise
● Your rigour, organisation and autonomy
● Your curiosity and team spirit
● Your fluency in English : essential for taking part in international meetings

Conditions

● Position based in Paris, with some travel in France and abroad (Europe initially).
