As a key player in this strategic initiative, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, bringing your expertise to design and implement solutions that meet business needs. Your role will involve guiding process improvements, managing a team, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Analyze and design financial processes related to Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger
2. Evaluate current workflows, gather requirements from stakeholders, and craft future-proof solutions
3. Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities
4. Lead and manage a team, ensuring efficient decision-making and prioritization
5. Oversee the management and integration of financial solutions with current technology platforms
6. Provide practical solutions to challenges faced by the team and influence key cross-functional decisions
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and analyze system enhancement requirements
8. Support and train end-users on financial systems and processes

Essential Skills & Experience :

1. In-depth expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger
2. Proven experience in business process analysis, design, and optimization
3. Advanced proficiency with business process analysis tools
4. Strong skills in requirements gathering and analysis
5. Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively
6. Minimum of 5 years professional experience, including at least 3 years working with Oracle ERP Cloud
7. Knowledge of Oracle Fixed Assets
8. Extensive understanding of business process design
9. Ability to manage and execute cross-functional projects
10. Strong communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
11. Location : Paris (flexible remote work option, 40%–60% on-site presence)
12. Duration : 12 months
