Qualifications

• Minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans le conseil en gestion.
• Fluent en français et anglais; une troisième langue est un plus.
• Expérience en gestion junior ou conseil senior, de préférence dans les secteurs EPC ou équipements.

Responsabilités

• Assister les unités commerciales dans la planification stratégique et l'exécution des projets.
• Contribuer à la planification stratégique du groupe et à la gestion de portefeuille.

We are currently seeking a Strategy Project Manager who shares this vision of industry’s potential.

At Fives Holding, reporting to the Group Strategy & Marketing Director, you will join the Strategy business team.

Located in Paris 9th arrondissement, accessible via public or private transportation.

• Responsibilities:

The Strategy department assists Fives Divisions, Business Units, and Entities in formulating and executing their strategies. It also fosters the growth of Fives service activities (spare parts, maintenance, retrofits, etc.) and supports mergers and acquisitions, as well as external communications.

The activities include:

• Supporting Business Units in strategic planning, monitoring, and project execution (market surveys, competitive analysis, diversification, product assessment, marketing & sales plans, M&A target identification, etc.)
• Supporting Service Growth Strategy, Digital/Industry 4.0 transformation, and Climate roadmap for Business Units
• Contributing to Group Strategic Planning: portfolio management, business plans, mega-trends analysis (decarbonization, clean energy, automation & digitalization, regionalization)
• Assisting M&A department with strategy due diligence, business plans, valuation, and integration plans

Requirements include a master’s degree in engineering, finance, or business administration. An MBA or additional education is a plus.

• Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, with the ability to succeed in this role and grow within Fives Group.

Languages: Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.

Professional Background:

• Junior management or senior consulting experience, preferably in EPC or equipment sectors
