Job Description

As F&B Project Manager, your mission is twofold: you support the F&B strategy for the central & regional teams through competitive intelligence insights and strategic analyses of our F&B network, and animate the F&B community through regular events.

This will include the following responsibilities:

• Monitor global F&B trends
• Perform strategic analyses on our network and performance for ExCo level
• Ensure & monitor F&B offer delivery & consistency
• Organize and animate Accor’s F&B community
• Support external communication strategy
• Support the design of a talent program for F&B Heartists worldwide in the future

Qualifications

3+ years in strategic consulting

Strong analytical and presentation skills

Fluent in English
