Opportunity :

This is a key role working closely with the CEO and the Office of the CEO team. You will drive strategic initiatives that bring positive ROI for the company. You will be part of a team dedicated to scaling Dedale, leading by example, and fostering transformational impact.

Your Responsibilities
  • Work directly with the CEO to drive strategic initiatives across multiple business verticals, including Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Strategy, Corporate Development, FP&A, Marketing US Entry, People, etc.
  • Lead business case development for new growth initiatives, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
  • Prepare board-level reporting, investor materials, and strategic project updates.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment between strategy, operations, and executive leadership.
  • Analyze business performance data and KPIs, continuously tracking and identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO, offering critical thought leadership on company priorities.
  • Proactively identify areas for operational optimization and implement recommendations.
  • Build and maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of strategic initiatives.
