Skaleet is seeking a Strategy & GTM Intern to join the Fintechs, Corporate & Emerging business line as a strategic partner to Robin, the Head of this business line. You will have a transversal scope with real responsibilities from day one and exposure to the commercial and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities span market intelligence, ecosystem mapping, value proposition tailoring, outbound GTM, inbound qualification, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Final-year student from a top business or engineering school.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English.
• Proficient in analysis and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Market intelligence & strategic analysis: deep-dive analyses on priority verticals.
• Map ecosystems and key players by priority vertical.
• Decode existing business models and identify unaddressed pain points.
• Build a differentiated Skaleet value proposition per segment.
• Produce structured deliverables for executive audiences.
• Outbound GTM: pipeline generation.
• Identify and segment target personas by vertical.
• Craft tailored messaging per segment and use case.
• Deploy automated multi-channel sequences (email, LinkedIn) using GTM and AI tools.
• Analyse performance signals and iterate continuously.
• Inbound qualification & pipeline management: own the end-to-end inbound qualification process.
• Initiate first contact with inbound prospects.
• Research prospect context: business model, maturity, Skaleet fit.
• Co-lead first discovery calls with the manager.
• Maintain pipeline rigour and structured follow-up.
• Strategic intelligence & thought leadership: serve as the knowledge hub.
• Produce white papers on key topics (regulation, verticals, trends).
• Run ongoing competitive intelligence: funding rounds, market moves, regulatory signals.
• Maintain a curated press review, directly usable by the commercial team.

About Your Future Manager

Robin Hettiarachchige - LinkedIn

Robin is Head of Fintechs, Corporate & Emerging at Skaleet since December 2025 - after 1+ year as Head of Strategy, where he owned the full GTM strategy across Sales, Pre-sales, Partnerships and Marketing.

Before Skaleet, he spent 5+ years in financial services strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman and Exton Consulting (Accenture Strategy).

He joined Skaleet to move from advising to doing: real decisions, cross-functional work, tangible business impact. That's the DNA of this internship.

You Are a Great Match If

The right candidate is driven, deeply curious, and comfortable working autonomously on demanding, cross-functional subjects. You take initiative, go deep, and see things through - from first insight to final deliverable.

Must-have

• Final-year student from a top business or engineering school
• Previous experience in Fintech, Banking, Strategy Consulting or Finance (meaningful internship)
• Excellent written and spoken communication in both French and English
• Proficient in analysis and presentation tools (Google Suite, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong ability to produce high-quality deliverables for executive audiences (presentations, analyses, summaries)

Strong plus

• Knowledge of GTM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Lemlist, Clay …)
• Real appetite for or hands-on practice with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Ability to produce complex deliverables independently without permanent framing

Conditions

• Type: Fixed-term internship - 6 months
• Start date: September 2026
• Compensation: €1,500 / month
