BlaBlaCar is seeking an intern to join the Strategy & Business Analyst team for Western Europe starting January 2027. You will deliver strategic analyses, build dashboards (Tableau) and run financial models to support decision-making across Carpooling, Buses, and Train projects.

You will collaborate with business teams, translate needs into actionable insights, and contribute to ESG analytics while enjoying a hybrid work setup and onboarding through mentoring and trainings.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Business or Engineering School for a 6-month internship starting January 2027.
• 1 to 2 prior internships in consulting, finance, BI or similar analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent data communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Google Slides.
• English full working proficiency; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Internship agreement from school is mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Understand key levers affecting carpool and train performance.
• Build relationships with business teams to identify needs, challenges and opportunities.
• Improve reporting framework and deliver Tableau reports.
• Support Western Europe team with ad-hoc analyses.
