Weastem is expanding — and we are currently seeking Engagement managers ready to play a key role in delivering and shaping missions that matter.

Your Mission

As an Engagement Manager, you will take full ownership of project management and client delivery. You will:

• Lead strategic engagements end-to-end, from scoping to delivery, ensuring rigor and clarity
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, ensuring clarity in communication, strong storylines and credibility in every deliverable
• Guide your team’s thinking, helping them turn complex challenges into actionable strategies
• Support colleagues in their development, mentoring junior consultants and managers
• Contribute to firm development: proposal writing, corporate strategy inputs, pitch presentations, thought leadership
• Take part in firm-building efforts: training, recruitment, knowledge sharing, methodology, and thought leadership

Core Types Of Missions You Might Lead

• Strategic ESG / sustainability due diligence
• Portfolio risk & resilience analysis for climate, biodiversity, social dynamics
• Design of adaptation, climate, and regenerative finance strategies
• Transformation roadmaps for both financial and non-financial institutions
• Development of investment methodologies / theses that embed value creation and protection in the transition

What We Look For

We are seeking experienced professionals with a proven track record in consulting or financial strategy, and ready to take on full responsibility for projects and client management.

You Bring

• Experience in strategy consulting, sustainable finance, ESG advisory, or investment-related fields (e.g. private equity, asset management, institutional capital)
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, structure workstreams, and deliver results for senior clients
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to make sense of complexity
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Full professional fluency in English and ideally French; other languages are a plus
• A mindset that combines curiosity, humility, and integrity
