Une entreprise leader dans le secteur aérospatial recherche un analyste stratégique pour rejoindre son équipe. Vous serez responsable de l'établissement de nouveaux processus de stratégie, de la coordination avec divers acteurs et de la contribution à la planification à long terme. Ce poste nécessite un Master en ingénierie aérospatiale et une expérience significative en analyse de marché. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement dynamique et collaboratif, contribuant à des projets d'envergure pour l'avenir de l'agence.

Qualifications

• 4 ans d'expérience en analyse de marché et des tendances.
• Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.

Description du poste

As part of the strategy analysis team, you will have the following responsibilities :

• Establish new ESA Strategy processes;
• Support the Strategic Coordination Body creation (if validated by DG);
• Support coordination with other stakeholders (e.g. coordination with ESA's Digital Transformation Office);
• Support the definition of the Change Management Plan;
• Other duties that might arise from the ESA Transformation initiative;
• Contribution to Long term planning (LTP) context;
• Contribution to the LTP SWOT analysis;
• Collect of LTP contributors’ inputs and feedbacks;
• Redefinition of LTP structure;
• Management of new LTP design;
• Diverse analyses on topics of possible interest for the Agency’s future (e.g., Opportunities analysis, Impact assessment);
• Perform activities related to ESA / EU relationships strengthening;
• Support the definition of Agenda 2029;
• Contribute to the Vision 2040 elaboration;
• Support activities to the preparation of council meetings.

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience :

• Masters in aerospace engineering or a relevant field;
• 4 years of experience in market and trend analysis;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
