Alan SA. in Paris seeks a Union Relations Lead to shape and manage relationships with unions, federations, and paritariste institutions across France.

You will define engagement strategy, represent Alan in high-level forums, and translate our product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partners. You will partner with Founders, Public Affairs, and Enterprise leadership to drive trust, growth, and impact in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Have at least 8 years of total experience in social partner relations.
• Credibility at federation level through past engagement.
• Deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem and its institutions.
• Proven ability to build trust with social partners from employer/state side.
• Outstanding stakeholder management: calm, long-game, trustworthy.
• Ability to translate Alan’s product and strategy into compelling narratives for social partners.
• Demonstrable impact from prior social-partner work on outcomes.
• Self-starter, comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ego-free and lever-minded: accelerate others, not the spotlight.
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with unions, federations, and paritariste structures.
• Map the ecosystem, prioritize interlocutors, and design engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch levels.
• Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congrès and paritariste institutions.
• Be the credible Alan voice social partners recognise.
• Partner with Enterprise & Public Sector teams, briefing on social partners context and priorities.
• Introduce the right contacts at the right moment in the commercial cycle.
• Share Alan’s content with social partners to inform their view.
• Follow the dialogue at branch level and translate insights into internal clarity.
• Represent Alan in federations and working groups, contributing a constructive voice.
• Provide a sharp internal voice on social dialogue directions and implications for strategy.
