Alan is hiring a Union Relations Lead to build and animate relationships with unions, federations, and the paritariste ecosystem in France. You will support enterprise and public sector teams across large employers and public institutions, shaping strategy and elevating Alan’s voice among social partners.

You will own engagement, map the ecosystem, and represent Alan in federations and related forums, driving credible, long-term partnerships from day one in a fast-growing European health tech

Qualifications

• 10+ years in social partner relations or related external affairs roles
• Proven credibility at federation level and ability to engage leadership
• Knowledge of paritariste ecosystem and social dialogue mechanisms

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with unions, federations, and paritariste bodies.
• Map the ecosystem and design engagement strategy at confederal, federal and branch levels.
• Represent Alan in federations, working groups, congresses, and paritariste institutions.
