Abbott Laboratories in France seeks a Territory Manager to drive commercial management and development of accounts in the assigned territory. You will promote Cardiac Occluders, ICE imaging, and build relationships with cardiology and hospital stakeholders to grow market share.

The role requires significant medical device experience, including interventional cardiology procedures and ICE imaging, with a focus on optimizing procedural workflows and outcomes. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• University degree in scientific/biomedical/healthcare/engineering or technical field.
• Significant experience in the medical device industry.
• Proven experience supporting interventional cardiology procedures.
• Experience with Cardiac Occluders for left atrial appendage closure/occlusion.
• Experience with Cath Lab and/or Hybrid OR procedures.
• Experience with cardiac imaging workflows, including ICE.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and account management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsabilités

• Manage all assigned accounts independently and achieve sales objectives.
• Develop and execute account plans to grow procedural volumes and market share.
• Lead commercial discussions, tenders, and purchasing processes.
• Defend Abbott pricing strategy and value proposition.
• Monitor competitive activities and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain understanding of sales performance and anticipated short-term business results.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across accounts.
• Drive adoption and business development of ICE and imaging-guided workflows.
• Provide technical support during Cardiac Occluders procedures for LAA closure.
• Support procedural planning, case reviews and clinical discussions.
• Deliver product education to physicians and cathlab teams.
• Act as a clinical/technical resource for image applications.
• Collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists and Imaging Specialists.
• Act as liaison with cross-functional departments (Clinical Studies, Sales, Service, Tender Management).
• Maintain CRM data and sales forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with quality, legal, and ethical standards.
