Abbott is seeking a Field Technical Engineer (Electrophysiology) to join the EP team in the South-West region of France, based in or around Bordeaux. You will partner with physicians and cath lab teams to provide hands-on technical and clinical support during procedures and to drive adoption of Abbott EP technologies.

The role requires a Biomedical Engineering or related degree, strong electrophysiology experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience supporting electrophysiology, cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, or cath lab procedures.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn advanced cardiac technologies.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic hospital environment.
• Fluent French and professional English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Field Technical Engineer (Electrophysiology) to join our EP team in the South-West region of France, based in or around Bordeaux.

As a Field Technical Engineer, you will partner closely with physicians, electrophysiologists, and catheter laboratory teams to provide technical and clinical support during procedures. You will play a key role in the successful adoption and utilization of Abbott's electrophysiology technologies and contribute to improving outcomes for patients living with heart rhythm disorders.

• Provide technical support during Electrophysiology procedures, including mapping and ablation cases.

• Experience supporting physicians in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
