Work With Island in Paris is looking for a dedicated supply chain professional to join the Product Performance team. This role involves securing and optimizing supply chain processes while working closely with internal and external partners. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree in engineering and experience in sourcing and demand planning.

The position offers a mobility package, meal card, sports sessions, team events, and a referral bonus, emphasizing a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree student (M2) from an Engineering School.
• First successful experience (> 6 months in an internship or apprenticeship) working on physical products.
• Strong theoretical and practical foundation in Purchasing, Sourcing, and Demand Planning.
• Good command of Excel and GSuite/Notion tools.
• Highly methodical, rigorous, proactive, and a great communicator.
• Resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Perfect fluency in French and Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilités

• Review and optimize our Bill of Materials (BOM) and source alternative components.
• Source and qualify high-potential suppliers in France and Europe.
• Lead price negotiations to protect EBITDA.
• Integrate new components into the production line.
• Optimize supply process with production engineers.
• Monitor component stocks and delivery flows during high-tension periods.
• Monitor supplier quality performance and manage feedback.
