Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France is seeking a Supplier Development Manager to lead supplier performance improvements and complex projects with suppliers. The role requires a strong background in engineering or industrial management and at least 10 years in industry with supply chain expertise.

You will drive transformation plans, build project teams, and ensure supplier autonomy while aligning with roadmap objectives and customer needs. Travel up to 60% may be required.

Formación

• Background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Management.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience with strong Supply Chain expertise.
• Proven expertise in Lean practices and APQP tools; strong problem-solving and crisis management.

Responsabilidades

• Assess suppliers' industrial maturity and establish action plans with SCQM teams.
• Drive transformation and improvement plans to meet roadmap objectives.
• Build project teams, develop key skills, and secure stakeholder engagement.
• Represent Airbus at supplier sites to protect customer interests.
• Ensure long-term supplier autonomy through implemented methodologies.
