Qualifications

• Background in Engineering, Industrial Management, or Business Management.
• Minimum 10 years of industry experience with strong Supply Chain expertise.
• Proven expertise in Lean, APQP, problem-solving and crisis management.
• Advanced project management competencies and strong shop floor (Gemba) experience.
• Negotiation level in English and French with travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Assess suppliers' industrial maturity and establish action plans with SCQM teams.
• Drive transformation and improvement plans to meet roadmap objectives.
• Build project teams, develop key skills, secure stakeholder engagement.
• Represent Airbus at supplier sites to protect customer interests.
• Ensure long-term sustainability by building supplier autonomy on methodologies.
