Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist - S&P - Procurement Ops to lead end-to-end sourcing projects, drive savings, and ensure compliant procurement for clients. You will work with ERP tools, manage supplier engagements, and coordinate with category teams in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

English and French proficiency required, with office-based work in France. The role emphasizes value delivery, process optimization, and strategic supplier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degrees in business, engineering, logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience with SAP ERP and procurement systems is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RFP/RFX/RFQ processes and eAuctions.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals and/or negotiate contracts.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing projects to maximize savings and value.
• Oversee P2P/S2P processes and supplier performance.
• Analyze quotations and advise on supplier suitability and reliability.
• Negotiate commercial and non-commercial clauses per guidance.
• Coordinate with category managers to deliver procurement requirements.
• Record and track savings in client databases.
• Act as single point of contact for sourcing projects and stakeholders.
