Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Sr. Specialist for S&P - Procurement Ops to lead end-to-end sourcing projects with focus on delivering maximum client value through savings and benefits.

The role requires experience with RFP/RFX/RFQ, eAuction, and ERP-based sourcing, plus strong engagement with stakeholders across operational teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on procurement experience, knowledge of S2P/P2P processes, and proficiency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Experience with RFP/RFX/RFQ processes and ERP/procurement tooling.
• Understanding of eAuction is desirable.
• Language: English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals and negotiate contracts of low to moderate value/risk.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing projects to deliver maximum client value.
• Support drafting of contracts and record savings in the client data base.
• Coordinate with category managers and business units to meet procurement requirements.
