• Design & deliver FM sourcing strategies across key global client accounts - spanning maintenance, cleaning, energy, security, and more.

• Engage directly with senior stakeholders in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical environments, ensuring solutions align with compliance, safety, and performance standards.

• Lead supplier relationship and performance management, driving collaboration, innovation, and long-term value creation.

• Champion ESG initiatives - embedding sustainability and social value into every sourcing decision.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with category teams and procurement leaders to deliver measurable cost savings and service excellence.

• Report with precision, presenting progress, KPIs, and strategic insights to executive and client leadership teams.
