Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a program buyer or program manager role in an industrial setting.
• Experience working in an international environment.

• Ensure supplier selection from the agreed supplier panel and manage RFQ processes.
• Negotiate or participate in supplier negotiations and final choice of supplier.
• Track performance during the program phase and ensure quality and delivery deadlines.
