Freudenberg Performance Materials in Colmar, France, seeks a Site Finance & Supply Chain Manager to lead Finance, Controlling and Supply Chain across Purchasing, Logistics, IT and Accounting. You will shape the site strategy with the Site Leadership Team, drive performance and sustainable development, and coach a team of six direct reports.

You will collaborate with Operations, Division and Group stakeholders to improve profitability, ensure governance and implement continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Strong leadership in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of operational, procurement and supply chain processes.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership in international, matrix-driven organizations.
• Fluency in French and English at C1 level; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Shape the financial and operational direction of the Colmar site.
• Lead Finance, Controlling and Supply Chain functions and drive performance.
• Provide budgeting, forecasting, reporting and performance insights.
• Collaborate with Operations, Division and Group stakeholders on profitability.
• Oversee governance, internal controls, compliance and investment management.
• Oversee sourcing and procurement activities and contribute to supply chain decisions.
• Develop and empower the team to foster a high-performance culture.
