Fedrigoni Group in Paris, France, seeks a senior Head of Accounting & FP&A to lead the finance function for France, supporting Fedrigoni France and Zuber, our manufacturing business. You will be a trusted partner to the local General Manager and leadership team, combining financial stewardship with strategic business support to drive performance and long‑term value creation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Finance/Accounting experience.
• Experience in financial closings, statutory reporting and audits.
• Fluent French and English; travel within France.

Responsabilités

• Lead finance function for France and ensure robust governance.
• Partner with GM and leaders to provide financial insights.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX planning for French entities.
• Oversee month-end/year-end closings and statutory reporting.
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and working capital improvements.
