Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for an experienced candidate to implement a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) process and ensure compliance through audits. The role demands strong communication skills and at least 9 years of IT experience, with 2 years in user support or documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and ITIL certification, able to positively impact user satisfaction and manage deliverables from third-party vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant education after secondary school.
• Minimum 9 years of IT professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in user support or documentation writing.

Responsabilités

• Implement a Continuous Service Improvement process with KPIs.
• Contribute to service audits for compliance.
• Assist management in improving end user experience.

Connaissances

Certification in ITIL/ITIL V3 Foundation

Developed communication and diplomacy skills

Experience with quality procedures

Managing deliverables via 3rd party vendors

Technical understanding

Previous experience in continuous improvement role

Formation

Master's degree or equivalent
