FORVIA Clean Mobility is seeking a Squeeze (M/F) to join our team. The role focuses on analyzing Sales and Purchasing activities, ensuring reliability of reporting, and supporting budgeting, forecasts, and strategic planning across regions.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Finance with at least 5 years of experience, is IT-literate, and demonstrates strong teamwork, open-mindedness, and excellent communication skills. This position is based in France.

• The candidate should have a Master's degree with a Finance focus or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong curiosity for new knowledge.
• Computer literacy and good knowledge of IT systems.
• Team management capacity and a strong sense of teamwork.

• Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Analyze the Sales and Purchasing activities of the Business Group Clean Mobility.
• Guarantee the reliability, consistency and transparency of reporting.
• Handle budgeting, month-end closing, rolling forecasts and Strategic Plan.
• Manage data consolidation at Division level and discuss with Squeeze controllers from all regions for data consistency.
• Identify and analyse variances between budgeted, forecasted and actual results.
• Implement action plans and track them to close variances between budgeted, forecasted and actual results.
• Ensure Raw material impacts are well identified and track pass-through to customers.
• Partner with CBU leaders on price-economical evolution.
• Analyze price inconsistency and reduce the risk of overdue accounts.
• Manage profitability dashboard by Customer & Program.
• Support and ensure compliance with ICB process.
• Support Regional Squeeze Controller on other projects and activities as assigned.

Formation

Master's degree with a Finance degree or equivalent experience
