FORVIA, leader technologique dans l'industrie automobile, recherche un Squeeze / Business Controller pour analyser les activités Commerciales et Achats du Business Group Clean Mobility et garantir fiabilité et transparence des données.

Vous assurez le reporting, le budgeting, lesClosing mensuels, les forecasts et le plan stratégique, en travaillant avec les responsables régionaux sur les évolutions tarifaires et la rentabilité par client et programme.

Qualifications

• Master en Finance ou équivalent exigé.
• Au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle.
• Expérience dans un environnement international.
• Maîtrise des systèmes informatiques et outils IT.

Responsabilités

• Vérifier que les écarts de ventes et achats respectent les politiques Forvia et sont mis à jour régulièrement.
• Garantir la fiabilité des reporting des ventes et achats.
• Consolider les données au niveau de la division et assurer la cohérence régionale.
• Analyser les écarts entre budget, forecast et résultats réels et proposer des plans d'action.
• Gérer le dashboard de rentabilité par client et programme, suivre les pass-through matières premières.
• Soutenir les contrôleurs régionaux et assurer conformité avec le processus ICB.

Purpose of the job:

The role of a Squeeze / Business Controller is to analyze the Sales and Purchasing activities of the Business Group Clean Mobility, he has to guarantee their reliability, consistency and transparency.

The controller is in charge of the reporting, including budgeting, month-end closing, rolling forecasts and Strategic Plan.

Main Responsibilities and results:

Squeeze (Sales and Purchasing Controlling)

• Ensure that the Sales & Purchasing variances are consistent with the Forvia policies, and are correctly and regularly updated in the systems by the Sales & Purchasing teams.
• Ensure the reliability of the Sales and Purchasing reporting.
• Manage the data consolidation at Division level and discuss with Squeeze controllers from all regions for the consistency of the data input.
• Identify and analyse the variances between the budgeted, forecasted and actual results.
• Implement action plans and track them to close variances between the budgeted, forecasted and actual results.
• Ensure that Raw material impacts are well identified and track the pass through to the customers.
• Partner with CBU leaders on price-economical evolution
• Analyze the price inconsistency and reduce the risk of overdue accounts
• Manage profitability dashboard by Customer & Program
• Support and ensure compliance with ICB process
• Support Regional Squeeze Controller on other projects and activities as assigned

• Master’s degree with a Finance degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Strong curiosity for new knowledge
• Computer literate and good knowledge of IT systems
• Team management capacity and a strong sense of teamwork

• Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills
• Worked in an international environment

Salary Range: EUR 65000 to 85000
