Toyota Automated Logistics seeks a Sales Manager (H/F/D) Modernization & Lifecycle Solutions to drive Retrofit, Modification & Revision (RMR) business across the Île-de-France region from Rungis. You will identify opportunities, develop tailored modernization solutions, and convert them into successful projects while building strong customer relationships.

Working with Service Account Managers and internal teams, you will manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract award,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in technical or service sales, modernization projects, or business development.
Experience with retrofit, upgrade, modernization, lifecycle, or capital improvement projects is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

Drive sales growth and achieve order intake targets for Retrofit, Modification & Revision (RMR) projects within the region (Rungis/Île-de-France).
Identify and develop new business opportunities with Service Account Managers across the installed base.
Convert customer needs into commercial opportunities and collaborate with engineers to create tailored solutions and quotations.
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to contract award and handover.
Promote modernization initiatives and innovative solutions to create long-term value for customers.
