Toyota Automated Logistics in France seeks a Sales Manager to drive Retrofit, Modification & Revision (RMR) opportunities across the region. You will work with Service Account Managers, translate customer needs into commercial offerings, and manage the entire sales process from lead to contract.

The role requires a technical sales background within industrial automation or intralogistics, a strong commercial mindset, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales within industrial/automation/logistics environments.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to close complex sales opportunities.
• Experience with retrofit, upgrade, modernization, lifecycle, or capital projects is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales growth and achieve order intake targets for Retrofit, Modification & Revision (RMR) projects within the region.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with Service Account Managers across the installed customer base.
• Convert customer needs into commercial opportunities and collaborate with Service Sales Engineers to create tailored solutions and quotations.
• Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to contract award and handover.
• Promote modernization initiatives and upgrades that deliver long-term value for customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and support expansion of the service business.
