Job Description

The Strategic Sales department collaborates with our customers and retailers to develop our sales through strong partnerships and concrete actions around four key areas: Price, Product, Store Position, and Discounts.

YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO P&G’S SUCCESS:
  • Reporting to a Regional Sales Manager, you will develop the turnover and market share of P&G brands within your sector. You will oversee a €10 million turnover across approximately 50 hypermarkets, supermarkets, and drives.
  • You will represent P&G to department and store managers, negotiating product placement, innovation rollout, merchandising for visibility, and discount strategies, including order volumes and dramatization.
  • You will work in pairs with 1 or 2 sales representatives to ensure the flawless execution of the negotiated action plan.
  • You will be part of a team of around fifteen sector managers and sales representatives. Monthly two-day meetings and annual gatherings promote networking, growth, and team spirit.

Job Qualifications:

  • You hold a master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • You are capable of leading projects with determination to achieve goals.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player.
  • Agility and creativity are part of your skill set.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous, and organized.
  • You are proficient in French and English.
  • You have a valid driver’s license.
