Alvarez & Marsal France is seeking an experienced Resource Manager to lead staffing across the Paris office. You will plan future resource needs, balance project pipelines, and partner with senior stakeholders to optimise utilisation and skills deployment.

Qualifications

• Resource Manager with several years of experience in a consulting firm or matrix organisation.
• Experience in Ops, HR or Recruitment role beneficial.
• Able to partner with Business Leaders and other Resource Managers in the firm.
• Excellent relationship building skills with staff across business units.
• Able to prioritise multiple demands and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to present reporting insights to senior leadership.
• Degree educated with several years of work experience in professional services.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledgeable in AI and planning tools.
• Experience with Resource Management/Planning tools advantageous but not essential.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Go-to person for staffing matters for most business units in our Paris office.
• Assess and plan future resource requirements, driving utilisation based on project pipeline.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across France including Senior Management.
• Advise on conflicts and issues, prioritising based on commercial needs and skills.
• Promote awareness of performance goals and development needs to influence resourcing decisions.
• Use staffing/workforce planning tools and reporting to measure utilisation and guide decisions.
• Collaborate with the wider Resource Management team in EMEA and globally as needed.
