Description du poste

Didomi is looking for a structured and handson Strategic Projects Manager to own missioncritical crossfunctional initiatives that drive our growth and scaleup efforts. You will lead the execution of highimpact projects across business units with a strong focus on postmerger integration (PMI) strategic transformation and crossdepartmental coordination.

In this role you will act as a central orchestrator across teams including Product Tech Customer Success Sales Marketing Finance and HR. Youll ensure that initiatives are planned executed and delivered on time and aligned with company goals. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational excellence and enjoys solving complex challenges through project leadership.

You will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a comprehensive integration playbook for newly acquired companies.

Coordinate crossfunctional workstreams across Operations Product Tech People and Customer Success.

Monitor progress resolve roadblocks and report on milestones and success metrics to stakeholders.

  • Strategic Project Management

Lead endtoend planning and execution of crossfunctional strategic initiatives.

Define project scopes workstreams timelines risks and dependencies.

Establish clear governance communication routines and reporting to ensure alignment and transparency.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks escalating critical issues when necessary.

  • CrossFunctional Collaboration

Serve as a key liaison between Product Tech Customer Success Sales and other departments.

Drive consistency and operational efficiency through bestinclass project management practices.

Requirements :

  • Professional Experience

5 years of experience in project management strategy consulting M&A integration or strategic operations in a tech environment.

Proven track record leading crossfunctional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes.

Strong familiarity with change management organizational alignment and postmerger contexts.

  • Education & Tools

Masters degree from a toptier institution; MBA is a plus.

Proficient in Excel PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

Experienced with Notion (project management); knowledge of Miro (visual collaboration) is a plus.

Fluent in English; French is a plus.

  • Soft Skills

Strong curiosity and drive to understand complex topics and emerging technologies.

Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize and execute in dynamic environments.

Highly structured analytical and solutionoriented.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to align diverse stakeholders.

Selfstarter with a high degree of ownership.

Comfortable operating at both strategic and handson levels.
