Descartes Underwriting Group is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to drive cross‑functional initiatives across international expansion, new product launches and partnerships. You will align with Reinsurance and commercial teams, implement AI‑driven improvements, and establish robust underwriting rules and governance.

Graduates from business or engineering schools with 3–5 years in strategic projects management in Insurance or Tech are invited.

• Graduated from a Business or Engineering school.

Responsabilités

• Lead Descartes Insurance “industrial and specialty risks” projects and coordinate underwriting guidelines.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration with Reinsurance and commercial teams in Europe.
• Support rollout of AI and new technologies to improve operational processes and dashboards.
• Set clear underwriting rules and a robust control framework to ensure data quality and governance.
