Descartes Underwriting is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to drive cross‑functional initiatives across industrial and specialty risks in our expanding footprint. You will shape strategic programs, align with Reinsurance and commercial teams in Europe, and guide the rollout of AI tools to boost efficiency and deal execution.

Qualifications

• Graduated from a Business or Engineering school.
• 3–5 years’ experience in strategic projects management, preferably in Insurance or Tech.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to Descartes Insurance “industrial and specialty risks” growth initiatives.
• Drive cross-team collaboration with Reinsurance and commercial teams in Europe.
• Support AI and new technologies rollout to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to underwriting rules and a robust control framework.
• Lead underwriting team coordination, meetings, and action plans.
