Homa is inviting highly motivated students to join as Strategic Project Manager Intern in Paris. You will work with the Chief of Staff and cross‑functional teams to tackle strategic challenges at the intersection of strategy, AI, and communications.

Based on your strengths, you will contribute to one or several core teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to growth initiatives while building analytical, project management, and presentation skills in a fast‑moving gaming company.

About This Opportunity

You will work alongside our Chief of Staff and teams across Homa, contributing to strategic initiatives that support the company's growth. This internship offers hands‑on exposure to business challenges, with opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders and learn how a fast‑moving gaming company operates.

You will develop a 360° understanding of Homa while building your analytical, project management, and communication skills. Based on your strengths, interests, and business needs, you will contribute to one or several core teams, taking on increasing responsibility with guidance from experienced colleagues.

Mission

As a Strategic Project Manager Intern, you will help turn business questions into clear insights and practical actions, leading high‑impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, AI, and communication, contributing to projects with direct business impact. The types of assignments you could own include:

• Business partnering: Work with stakeholders to understand their needs, structure problems, and identify next steps
• Operational improvement: Help map processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements
• Strategic analysis: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to support decision‑making
• Project execution: Support projects from scoping to implementation, coordinating actions and tracking progress and results
• AI: Working with our dedicated AI unit to explore, design, and implement AI‑powered workflows across the company, including building and scaling Homa's AI‑powered content engine
• Communication: Prepare clear presentations, concise recommendations, and progress updates for internal stakeholders

Requirements

We're looking for curious, driven students who want to learn quickly and contribute to meaningful projects. You don't need to arrive with all the answers: we value structured thinking, initiative, and the willingness to ask questions and act on feedback. You are a great fit if you have:

• Current studies in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields
• Prior internship in startups, gaming, consulting, tech, or AI is a plus
• Business‑driven and analytical: you link communication to strategy and measurable impact
• AI‑native mindset - you use AI to automate, scale, and 10× your productivity
• Strong communication, presentation, and research skills
• A pragmatic approach: you prioritize effectively and enjoy turning ideas into action
• Comfort with ambiguity and variety: you're open to unfamiliar topics and changing prioritiesFluency in English.
• Eligible for a 6‑month onsite internship in Paris (internship agreement required)
• A plus: Entrepreneurial initiatives, or personal projects. If you've built a game, launched an app, organized an initiative, or shipped something of your own, we'd love to hear about it
