Qualifications

• Academic background in Business/PM or related field.
• Master's degree or certifications (PMP) advantageous.
• Experience in managing projects/programs with delivery of complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects through PMO governance, gate reviews, and documentation.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project/program plans with objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate resource allocation and ensure teams have the necessary tools and support.
• Provide direction and motivation to project teams to meet objectives.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to align goals and expectations.
• Maintain up-to-date dashboards and prepare papers for senior meetings; manage risks & issues.
• Monitor budgets and generate regular management reports on project health.
