Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in business-related project or program management, business steering, operations or cross-functional environments.
• Broad understanding of strategic steering processes, frameworks and tools in technical B2B environments.
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, PM CCS, Customization Platform, Engineering, Operations and BPM to align priorities and dependencies.
• Develop and coordinate strategic project and program plans with objectives, timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Analyze performance indicators, identify bottlenecks and risks, and translate findings into corrective actions.
• Prioritize optimization initiatives based on impact and feasibility, supporting sequencing and resource focus.
• Consolidate KPIs, risks, issues, decisions and actions for senior management reviews.
• Drive execution reviews and escalation mechanisms, resolve barriers, and follow up on actions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and align with strategic project objectives.
