Voodoo is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join the Central Growth department. You will lead transversal initiatives and venture projects, scaling mobility products globally. The role combines strategy, operations, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-paced ad-tech environment.

You are fluent in French and English, have 5+ years of experience, and excel at analyzing root causes to implement scalable solutions while maintaining candor and responsibility.

• Curious, highly analytical, and driven to make an impact

Role

Voodoo is looking for a Strategic Project Manager to sit in the Central Growth department. You will lead key transversal initiatives, venture projects, and play a central role in achieving our vision to build a growth platform that can successfully scale any mobile product globally.

• Become a growth expert: understand growth value chain, user acquisition, creative and monetization needs within a constantly evolving ad-tech ecosystem

• Lead high priority projects within Growth, collaborating with teams across Voodoo

• Enjoy great autonomy to identify critical problems, analyze root causes, design solutions, and implement them

• Design and build leading processes and products

• Work on multiple projects in parallel, requiring you to be highly adaptable

• Projects you might work on include identifying new business opportunities (incl. M&A), leading operational teams, hiring talented people, launching new ventures, etc.

Profile

• You graduated from a top school in engineering or business (Grande Ecole Program)

• You have 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting, investment banking, etc.)

• You are curious, highly analytical, and passionate about having an impact, whatever’s thrown your way

• You wish to work in an environment that values candor, freedom, and responsibility

• You are both fluent in French and English

Nice to have:

• You can run your own SQL queries

• You have experience in gaming or performance marketing
