Flowserve is seeking a Project Manager in France to plan, direct, and ensure successful project outcomes. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to report progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and terms.

The role requires experience in program/project management, strong communication, and the ability to lead matrix teams. You will coordinate budgets, schedules, and risk management across projects, with a focus on safety and quality.

Competenze

• Experience in program/project management.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with workshop facilitation experience.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.

Mansioni

• Own total project execution from initiation to completion, ensuring safety and adherence to specs.
• Drive customer relationships by creating a constructive environment and meeting performance expectations.
• Ensure a clean order before work starts and manage scope/cost through change control.
• Coordinate activities of matrix reports for each project.
• Manage spending expectations and report milestones and escalations.
• Utilize Flowserve standards, tools, and processes on assigned projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
