Job summary

Eutelsat is seeking an experienced PMO leader for the System Engineering vertical of the IRIS2 SpaceRise programme. You will support the Head PMO and the project manager in execution, coordinating a small team and ensuring delivery across milestones and dependencies.

You will manage risks, prepare reviews, and maintain program data while applying corporate processes. The role requires strong English skills and availability in Issy-les-Moulineaux with travel to Toulouse.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management.
• Leadership to drive and coordinate a team of various skills, companies.
• Experience with project management digital tools.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Availability in Issy les Moulineaux with regular travel to Toulouse.

Responsibilities

• Planning, milestones and interdependencies.

• Maintaining a database of key program information (cost, progress) and communication packs.
• Ensuring application of key corporate processes (Export Control, data governance, configuration).
• PMO team coordination under Head PMO (6–7 people).
• Possibly deputize Head PMO.
