Job summary

Eutelsat Communications SA is seeking an experienced Risk Manager for the IRIS² Programme to identify, assess, and manage program risks ensuring deadlines, budget, quality, and security compliance in a space industry context.

The role requires collaboration with technical, financial, legal and program management teams and reports to the Head PMO. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Risk Management (min 5 years).
• Knowledge of space industry standards and security requirements.
• Experience managing risk in complex, multicultural programs.
• Proficiency with risk tools (MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess risks across technical, financial, logistical, and contractual areas.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans with relevant teams.
• Monitor risk registers and produce regular leadership reports.
• Coordinate with technical, financial, and legal teams.
• Lead crisis management actions and corrective measures.
