Veepee in Île-de-France seeks a Strategic Plan & Capabilities Lead to orchestrate the Elevate 3-year marketing plan and build the organization’s capabilities to execute it.

You will act as PMO, track growth engines, deliver monthly reports, and design onboarding, training and career paths across marketing poles, with AI upskilling included.

This role partners with HR, Data & Insights and pole heads, maintaining governance and reporting while driving training and development across teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• The Strategic Plan & Capabilities Lead orchestrates the delivery of the 3-year marketing strategic plan (Elevate plan). The role also builds the capabilities the marketing organization needs to execute it.
• Acts as the PMO of the plan: tracks the 4 growth engines and their sub-initiatives, consolidates delivery achievement, and produces executive materials (monthly reports, quarterly reviews)
• Designs and deploys the capabilities development framework (onboarding, career paths, training, marketing academy) to spread expertise within and across the marketing poles.
• Works cross-functionally with pole heads, initiative owners, HR and Data & Insights. Partners with the AI & Process BPO on AI upskilling.
• Actions with full autonomy and responsibility: run plan tracking and governance rituals, challenge initiative owners on milestones, build and maintain reporting, design and deliver training and onboarding content, maintain the Career Path toolkit with HR.
• Actions with supervisor intervention: changes to plan scope or priorities, training investments, require Marketing Excellence Director validation (and HR where relevant). Monthly review of plan status and capabilities roadmap.
• Control: monthly executive report, quarterly roadmap reviews, plan achievement rate (% delivery), onboarding completion and training effectiveness KPIs.

TASKS

• Steer strategic plan delivery: track sub-initiatives through weighted milestones, consolidate % delivery achievement, flag risks and drive corrective actions
• Run the strategic plan planning cycles: prepare the plan refresh, delivery one-pagers, teams pre-alignment and business materials with the Director
• Animate plan governance: organize quarterly reviews (closed-quarter assessment & next-quarter roadmap per team)
• Lead executive reporting: monthly executive report, content for marketing and local all-staffs
• Build capabilities foundations: marketing onboarding program, Career Path toolkit, skills matrix
• Develop and deliver marketing training programs, to enhance skills and spread expertise within and across teams (learning communities, workshops, e-learning, internal experts), including AI upskilling with the AI & Process BPO
• Measure capabilities impact through onboarding satisfaction, training effectiveness and skills progression

MUST HAVE skills

• Professional training and experience: 5-7 years in innovation, training, or digital marketing;
• Technical skills: program management (milestone tracking, weighted progress, risk management), Knowledge of AI tools, e-learning platforms, and basic data analysis
• Behavioral skills: Creativity, communication, adaptability, coaching.
• Languages: Fluent in English
• Other: Experience in training delivery, ability to manage experimental projects.
