Strategic Operations Intern

We are opening an internship within the Strategic Operations team in our Paris office. This team leads and shapes transversal strategic projects across the company such as designing and implementing new processes or organizations, closely working with diverse teams or working on the strategy and vision of Contentsquare. As a Strategic Project Intern, you will be at the core of Contentsquare’s value creation and innovation. This 6 months internship offers a chance to be exposed to a fast growing and exciting culture, giving you the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with teams (e.g., with Product, Sales, R&D) and the leadership to support strategic projects.
2. Contribute to projects to improve the efficiency of business procedures.
3. Perform analysis to support decision making on a variety of topics (e.g., business expansion, operations, product offering, pricing, customer happiness).
4. Report to senior management, and provide insights from your previous analyses in a clear, concise and impactful way.

About You:

1. A recent University graduate or end-of-studies student.
2. You are at ease with Google Suite (Sheets and Slides), or Microsoft Office (Excel or Powerpoint).
3. You are knowledgeable on digital issues and innovations in the tech space.
4. You are completely proficient in French as well as highly fluent in both spoken and written English.
5. Adaptable with a “can-do attitude” - positive, proactive, and motivated by working in a fast-paced environment.
6. You are used to working in teams and have already confirmed collaborative skills.
