Job summary

Valeo, a global tech company in the mobility sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Scheduler to manage raw materials and components inventory. You will follow the MPS plan, forecast to suppliers weekly, and implement preventive actions to ensure material availability for customer demand.

You will work with ERP systems, coordinate with suppliers, and support inbound transportation planning while maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting on SSR metrics.

Qualifications

• Manages inventory levels across raw materials and components.
• Plans requirements via Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning and Master Production Schedule.
• Forecasts to suppliers weekly and reports on SSR (Supplier Service Rate).
• Communicates with supplier contacts and adapts communication to supplier level.

Responsibilities

• Follow up MPS and propose preventive actions for material availability.
• Define and lead actions to reduce inventory with component families.
• Measure and improve supplier service levels and forecast to suppliers weekly.
• Ensure materials and components are available to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate inbound transportation plans with External flow analyst.
• Support inventory counting and maintain accuracy with ERP system.
