CERBAIR, a French leader in anti-drone technology, seeks a senior B2B marketing professional to drive strategic marketing, product go-to-market, and sales enablement in defense and security markets. You will collaborate with sales, product, and R&D to align messaging with use cases and operational performance.

Fluency in business English is essential for international events, and you will lead campaigns, trade shows, and content initiatives to measurably grow the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in B2B marketing in a complex technology environment.
• Ability to understand technical products or solutions and turn them into compelling value propositions and sales tools.
• Experience or knowledge of the defense, security, aerospace, and space sectors, dual-use technologies, or B2G environments.
• Fluency in business English is essential.
• Autonomy, responsiveness, and the ability to get things done in SME/scale-up environments.
• Comfortable developing a positioning strategy and putting together a sales presentation, preparing a product launch, organizing a trade show, or coordinating a campaign.
• Think in terms of business and value creation; quickly understand complex technologies; translate this complexity into simple, distinctive messages; work with engineers as with salespeople or executives; move from strategic planning to operational execution; set priorities.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Marketing & Positioning: establish CERBAIR as a leading French/European tech company in counter-drone and electronic warfare.
• Product Marketing & Go-to-Market: translate technologies into differentiating value propositions; oversee rollout of new solutions and features.
• Business Marketing & Sales Development: design campaigns for priority accounts, markets, and regions; generate and qualify sales opportunities; support CRM deployment.
• International Trade Shows & Events: oversee participation in defense events in France and internationally; measure ROI.
• Content, Digital & Influencer Marketing: manage website, LinkedIn, content, white papers, videos, and sales materials; build industry relationships.
