Responsabilités

• Implement defined policies and translate them into action plans.
• Monitor the budget for the assigned scope.
• Act as the primary customer contact for operational matters.
• Organize and manage logistics flows.
• Supervise the receipt, preparation, and shipment of goods.
• Create logistics flow management dashboards.
• Anticipate storage requirements and optimize storage usage.
• Optimize goods flows using IT tools.
• Establish and monitor performance indicators and report to management.
• Control transportation costs and design new solutions.
• Manage logistics teams.
• Define staffing and equipment requirements based on forecast periods and anticipated flows.
• Carry out HR management activities including recruitment and annual reviews.
• Define, coordinate, and align teams’ work organization.
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Promote company spirit and Group values.
• Address QHSE alerts reported by employees.
• Support sector’s QHSE maturity development.
