Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced Director, Senior Corporate Counsel to serve as the primary legal advisor to its French affiliate during the launch and commercialization of its first oncology product.

Initially reporting to the VP, Legal, Europe, with a dotted line to the GM France, the role provides practical, risk-based legal guidance across commercial operations, market access, competition law, healthcare compliance, contracting and disputes.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent law degree and admission to practice in at least one U.S. state or European jurisdiction.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including significant in-house or law firm experience supporting life sciences.
• Strong knowledge of French pharmaceutical law, commercial legal issues, competition law, healthcare compliance and promotional regulations.
• Experience advising commercial pharmaceutical organizations on market access, reimbursement or healthcare contracting matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal advisor to the General Manager, France and local Leadership Team.
• Provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice to support commercial decision-making and business strategy.
• Participate as a trusted member of the French leadership team, proactively identifying legal risks and opportunities.
• Support the successful launch and ongoing commercialization of the Company's oncology portfolio in France.
• Advise on commercial operations in France, including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Finance.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with consultants, vendors, service providers and strategic partners.
