Job summary

Normandy Hadrontherapy seeks an Industrial Buyer to define and implement procurement for mechanical/electro‑mechanical equipment. You will manage supplier selection, tendering, and contract closure, from drawings to parts receipt.

You will coordinate purchasing with project teams, monitor supplier performance, and push process improvements while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery meet project objectives. Strong Excel skills and ability to interpret BOMs are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering or business (school)
• 4–5 years experience in an industrial environment
• Ability to read drawings and understand dimensions, experience with complex product BOMs
• Strong Excel skills and analytical mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy, tender processes, and contract close with suppliers.
• Coordinate purchasing with other NHa departments and manage schedules and resources.
• Monitor supplier health, KPIs and implement action plans for issues.
• Validate requirements, specifications, drawings, BOMs, and target costs for projects.
• Provide feedback to R&D on supplier market trends and cost effectiveness.
• Negotiate terms to optimize quality, cost and delivery.
