Celestal seeks an experienced Buyer to drive procurement for major oil & gas projects in Nice, France. You will develop procurement plans, source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency while supporting project managers.

This role requires proven experience in oil & gas procurement, proficiency with procurement software and MS Office, and strong negotiation and analytical skills to deliver on budget and schedule.

Formación

• Proven experience in procurement within the oil & gas sector.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of purchasing tools, strategic sourcing, vendor management, contract management, and project procurement strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement procurement plans based on project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
• Source and evaluate suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers in coordination with Category Management.
• Issue and manage purchase orders with compliance to project specs and policies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality within budget.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• Provide regular updates on procurement status, risks, and mitigations to project managers.
