Samsara is hiring an Implementation Consultant in France who will manage deployments, lead workshops, and guide customers through change management. You will work across Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to deliver successful customer outcomes and high-value deployments.

The role requires 2+ years in related roles, strong PM skills, and fluency in English plus German or French. Travel up to 30% and a flexible, partly remote working model are part of the package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in implementation consulting, project management, or onboarding roles (SaaS and hardware preferred).
• Strong project management skills and ability to follow methodologies.
• 2+ years supporting or working with technical products.

Responsabilités

• Be the Samsara advisor, managing deployment of Samsara technology to customers and achieving quick time to value.
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business operations.
• Guide customers through change management, including policy, communications and training.
